Expected hours
The Expected hours work schedule defines how many hours a user should work in a set period and how those hours are distributed across the week. It serves as the basis for time tracking, overtime calculation, and compliance with rest periods and maximum working hours.
- Fixed working hours: Working hours are clearly defined, with a daily target that does not change from week to week.
- Core working hours: Define time periods during which users must be present.
- Premium pay: Based on the expected hours, premium pay for overtime, night work, and weekend or public holiday work can be calculated automatically.
