Set rates
Rates are used to calculate costs and revenue in reports. You choose how rates are defined for the project.
Follow these steps
- Open the project and switch to the Settings tab.
- In the Rates section, pick one of the three options:
- Disable rate calculation — activities have no rate fields. Cost and revenue are not calculated.
- Per activity — set an hourly rate per activity, for example Activity A: €130/h, Activity B: €95/h. Recommended when rates vary by activity.
- Per user — set hourly rates per person in their profile, for example Senior: €150/h, Junior: €80/h. Recommended when rates vary by person.
Info: In the Actions section at the bottom of the Settings tab, you can archive the project and its activities.
