How do I manage the Employee Report?
View an aggregated summary of working hours across multiple users

The Employee Report gives you an overview of multiple users' working hours in a single view. It uses the same layout as the Timesheet but shows only the summary row for each user, making it easy to compare totals across your team.

Open the Employee Report
Follow these steps
- Navigate to Reports > Employee in the side menu.
- Select the date range using the date picker.
- The report shows all users you have access to, with one summary row per user.
What the columns mean

How it differs from the Timesheet
- The Timesheet shows one row per day for a single user – useful for detailed daily analysis.
- The Employee Report shows one summary row per user for the selected period – useful for comparing totals across the team.
Tip: Click on a user's row in the Employee Report to open their full Timesheet for the selected period.
Export Employee report
Exporting the Employee report generates a file containing the data from the selected period.
Follow these steps
- Go to the Employee Report.
- Select date range and columns you want to export.
- Click Export.
- Select the format: CSV (.csv) or Excel (.xlsx).
- The file is downloaded to your device.
