How do I archive or delete a work schedule?

Archive or permanently delete a work schedule that is no longer needed

Warning: You can only archive or delete a work schedule if it is not assigned to any user.

Difference between archiving and deleting

  • Archive: The data is preserved and can be restored if needed.
  • Delete: The data is permanently removed and is no longer available.

Archive a work schedule

  1. Navigate to Company > Work Schedules in the side menu.
  2. Click the three-dot menu on the desired work schedule.
  3. Select Archive.
  4. A confirmation dialog appears. Click Archive.

Tip: To restore an archived work schedule, enable the Show archived filter, click the three-dot menu, and select Restore.

Delete a work schedule

  1. Navigate to Company > Work Schedules in the side menu.
  2. Click the three-dot menu on the desired work schedule.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. A confirmation dialog appears. Click Delete.

Warning: Deleting a work schedule cannot be undone. Archive the schedule instead if you may need it again later.
