How can I set the amount of annual leave entitlement?

You can enter different leave entitlements for each person in your company. This article explains how to enter this entitlement.

1Go to the Settings menu and select People under Employees.
2Click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the table in the row of the desired person.

4Under Absences, the leave entitlement can be entered in the Leave entitlement section.

5Once you have completed the entry, click on Update and a green Data updated information field will appear in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

The following fields are relevant for holiday entitlement:

  • Entitlement interval: Should the holiday entitlement be allocated monthly or annually.  
  • Leave entitlement per period (in days): The number of days of holiday which are available for the person, on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Date of next leave entitlement: The date on which the person will receive the next holiday entitlement.
  • Initial value for leave entitlement: If a person does not have full leave entitlement when TimeTac starts, you can enter an initial value in days here.

You have already entered the leave entitlement for a person in your company!
