How is my annual leave entitlement calculated?

What exactly do the values mean?
Carried over: Number of holiday days transferred from the previous period.
Entitlement period: Number of leave days you receive for the current period.
Consumed: Number of holiday days that you have consumed in the current period.
Planned: Shows the entitlement for the current period minus the days already taken.
Remaining entitlement: Number of holiday days until the end of the period.
